docs: correct Codeberg tea invocation in CLAUDE.md

`tea` autodetection fails in this repo, and the machine carries a second
login (`egbt`) pointing at a different forge that tea silently falls back
to in non-interactive mode. Document the explicit
`--login codeberg --repo egbt/secrets` form for every verb.
